Service Description
Dumpsters 4 Cheap provides Dumpster Rental services to residential and commercial customers. We offer a range of Dumpster sizes and flexible rental periods to meet your project needs.
Rental Period and Fees
The standard Dumpster Rental period is 7 days. Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods or for the disposal of prohibited items. All fees and charges will be clearly communicated to you prior to the delivery of the Dumpster.
Delivery and Pickup
Dumpsters 4 Cheap will deliver the Dumpster to the specified location and remove it upon the completion of your project. Our team will work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery and pickup process.
Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety and compliance of our services, Dumpsters 4 Cheap does not allow the disposal of hazardous materials, toxic substances, or other prohibited items in our rented Dumpsters. A detailed list of acceptable and prohibited items will be provided to you prior to your Dumpster Rental.
Damage and Liability
You are responsible for the rented Dumpster while it is in your possession. Any damage or loss to the Dumpster will result in additional fees. Dumpsters 4 Cheap is not liable for any injuries or property damage caused by the use of the rented Dumpster.
Payment and Cancellation
Payment for the Dumpster Rental is due upon delivery. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may result in a cancellation fee. Dumpsters 4 Cheap reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances regarding the use and disposal of the rented Dumpster. Dumpsters 4 Cheap is not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to your non-compliance.
Limitation of Liability
Dumpsters 4 Cheap's liability is limited to the rental fees paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where the Dumpster Rental service is provided. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Modifications
Dumpsters 4 Cheap reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website or by other means of communication.
